● We have been delivering turnkey material handling systems for window profile industry for decades. Our experience begins with design and continues through fabrication, installation and start-up. ● Our systems currently feed more than 200 Extrusion Lines for one of the largest PVCGroups in NorthAmerica. ● Our experience also includes plants that produce PVC Dry Blend for sale to companies that extrude profiles. ● Main applications are PVC Window Profiles, PVC Pipes, PE Pipes (Corrugated and not). ● The customer requested total flexibility with both the ability to run at maximum throughputs from bulk storage and also small sample runs from big bags in order to test new raw material suppliers. ● In this particularly example, a PVC Window Profile was designed and built signed for a European Customer for a facility U.S.A. for a Canadian Customer. The requested production was 5.000 Kg/Hour with 32 Extrusion Lines. ● We utilized our patented Spiral Silo Technology to achieve the required storage capacity of 500 Cubic Meters per silos.
